²⁶ Remove Aaron’s garments and put them on Eleazar his son. Aaron will be gathered to his fathers and die there.”

²⁷ Moses did just as the Lord commanded. They went up to the top of Mount Hor in the sight of the entire community. ²⁸ Moses removed Aaron’s garments and put them on Eleazar his son. Aaron died there on the top of the mountain, and Moses and Eleazar came down from the mountain.
